Sending flowers internationally

Here at Floraqueen we pride ourselves for being a flower delivery company that is able to send bouquets of flowers to any corner of the world, no matter what it takes.
For instance, we have our trusted florist in Paris Jean Claude, who usually speaks with our French customer service representative, Janitza. They usually talk about last minute changes to orders. Last week, for instance, we had an order coming in from Ukraine that wanted flowers delivered to Paris. In the message sent, there was a petition for trying the knot to the recipient of the bouquet of 24 roses.
Something happened between Paris and Odessa in the meantime. When the florist was about to send his delivery person down the Champs Elysees, we received a message from Ukraine:
”Please change the card message from “Would you marry me” to “I miss you”.
So Janitza went straight to the phone, spoke with Jean Claude, who made his flower delivery man return to the flower shop to change the message.
So, all in all, we now have a relieved ukranian customer, and a happy (bride to be?) woman in Paris.
And for international flower deliveries, we have a team at Floraqueen that can speak: German, French, Spanish, Catalan, English and Italian. Luckily, our Ukranian customer spoke English.
