In his every day to day tasks Nicolas gives his support to Customer Service so that you are happy with your purchase, on the contrary if you are dissatisfied with anything, please do not hesitate to contact him to resolve the situation. Nicolas also collaborates with the Sales team, RRHH and finance. He strives to maintain a happy working environment and is successfully doing so!

Responsible for the departments of IT, Marketing and Logistics. Israel helps the FloraQueen team to confront the stress in very busy periods such as Saint Valentine or Mother's Day, in times when the flowers convert into a key present. Besides this he is working to offer more possibilities for our delivery service and to develop a smoother purchasing experience online. However, his main preoccupation is that our work is enjoyable in order that we can give of our best and with a smile included!
