My daughter loved the flowers and so did her parents in law, up in Syracuse, where she took your Christmas arrangement for the holiday. We have had trouble before, arranging from London for flowers to be delivered in NYC, but this worked very well. Thank you for your help. We will use this service again.

Dear Floraqueen, I just want to thank you for the wonderful service you provided regarding my last order. I initially placed an order with Interflora some 4 days ago only to have them call me on the day of the delivery to say that their local florist does not deliver to my desired location. In a slight state of panic I immediately placed an order through your website and, in a matter of hours, a wonderful gerbera arrangement was delivered without a problem. My friend was tearful when she called to thank me she even sent me some photos of the arrangement, it doesn't look like the one on the website but it still looks gorgeous. It's needless to say that I won't be ordering through Interflora anymore. I have my favourite florist now and it's Floraqueen.com Once again thank you for excellent service.

Just want to say "thank you." I ordered flowers for my friend's special birthday (in Germany) and she loved them! I was surprised by how easy and reasonable it was to send flowers overseas.
