This is the best flower delivery website I have ever used - an putstanding service. I was a bit doubtful but wanted flowers to be delivered directly to a friend in Spain who does not receive a postal delivery to her house. They were delivered exactly as requested and I received emails informing me of the progress of the order. She was also phoned to ensure she would be there to receive them. Above all, she was absolutely thrilled with the flowers - the best she has ever had she says. These were not the most expensive flowers. Many thanks. I will definitely use the service again and recommend you to friends.

I wanted to send a warm thank you for making my grandma's birthday so very special. She was so excited to receive the beautiful flowers. From what she said it sounds like the service was impeccable, from the timed delivery to the kind follow up phone call. I appreciated the email status updates and confirmation.
