Outstanding and hard working Customer Service Agents are required to work within our rapidly growing international company. You will take a lead role as the face of the company helping clients to send flowers and gifts, messages of love and friendship, around the globe.
Attention to detail is incredibly important when processing our orders and dealing with our clients. Their order means the world to them, and they must be delivered on time.
You will be responsible for checking and processing orders, dealing with complaints and enquiries, searching for florists and making confirmations. You will ensure that all orders assigned to you are successfully processed and in the good hands of our dedicated local florists.
