Here at FloraQueen, we’re still working hard so that you can send happiness and joy right to your loved ones’ door.
During this extraordinary time, health is our priority, so if we need to restrict our services for safety reasons, we will let you know as soon as possible.
We will also update this page with useful information.
DeliveriesThe recipient does not need to sign to confirm that they have received the order. They will just need to provide their full name. If restrictions apply to the place where you want to send your bouquet or plant, delays and incidents are likely, due to a lack of resources. These situations can change very quickly, but we will strive to give you all the information available about your order’s status at all times. UPDATED (04/12/2020): If you are thinking of sending flowers to Italy, please note that there are areas in the following cities where delivery is difficult or even impossible at the moment: Trento, Varese, Milan, Turin, Florence, Siena, Bologna, Caltanissetta, Palermo, Ragusa, Catania.
Deliveries to places other than a residenceIf you would like to send flowers to a public building, like a hospital, hotel, care home or company, please try to contact the place first to find out how they are handling deliveries at the moment. Please make sure that your order can be delivered, because we cannot give a refund if no one will confirm reception of the delivery. We will need you to provide the name and telephone number of the establishment to which you want to send your flowers, along with as many supplementary details as possible. In the case of a hospital, for example, we need you to let us know the floor and ward number where the patient is staying. Please remember that, at the moment, many hospitals have limited access to patients and medical staff.
