First time use Flora Queen services, very very impressive. Was worry cause of the destination, myself being in USA (New Jersey), and the flora arrangement in Australia (Adelaide). To my big surprise got there on TIME &THE ORCHID WAS BEAUTIFULL. The person also loved it very much. Just found a little to expensive, but considering the good service, that's life.
Definitely I will use they service for another special occasion.
Ended up being fine. They just have poor communication. The end product was nice though.

The orchid is so beautiful, white wine is the best and the chocolates were a great addition.
For the most part we are happy. We would have rated a 5 but we paid for a ribbon with words to be on it and put across the flowers but the ribbon had no words and bunched. So no one could see where the flowers came from. The flowers themselves were beautiful.
Timing was great and on time, but I had one of my orders messed up. Other than that, everything was perfect!
