Our International Women’s Day Collection is here! After taking inspiration last year from some of the amazing women in history for our selection of bouquets, we decided to look a little closer to home this time around. Our flower arrangements for March 8th are inspired by the women who make up the team at FloraQueen.
Without them, it would be impossible for us to do what we do every day and we wanted to recognise that by honouring them appropriately. Let’s get to know some of the bouquets in our collection and each of the characters that inspired them.

Beatriz: Multicoloured Tulips
Beatriz is from Barcelona in Spain and is one of the copywriters in our marketing team. As a lover of all things literature, we chose a beautiful multicoloured tulip bouquet to reflect her creative soul.

Marika: Mimosa and Roses
Marika is our project manager who loves music and you’ll always find with a smile. In her home country of Italy, the Mimosa flower is closely associated with International Women’s Day. That’s why we’ve paired her with this beautiful selection of mimosas and red roses, to capture that positivity and her natural passion.

Aleksandra: Pink Roses and Lilies
Aleksandra is part of our customer service team and comes from Poland. She has a real passion for languages and is something of a chess master. We’ve chosen an equally smart and spirited bouquet of pink lilies and roses to reflect that.

Judyta: Red Roses
Judyta, who is also from Poland works in our sales department. She loves animals and is a trained paraglider and engineer who loves all things aviation. For her, we chose this classic bouquet of 12 red roses with gypsophila that embodies that mathematical mindset and her free-spirited, down-to-earth nature.
